DEAN GAGNE

Dean is the Chief Strategy Officer for Arcas Group, as well as the Executive Vice President of Arcas Research and Consulting.  He has nearly 25 years of research, consulting, marketing and advertising experience, both in Canada and internationally.  He played a central role in the development of models for measuring advertising effectiveness, brand equity and customer satisfaction.

He is a member of the Board of Governors for Junior Achievement of Saskatchewan and was a member of the Cluster Steering committee for the Regina Regional Economic Development Authority. He was a co-founder and founding Chair of the Hong Kong Total Quality Forum and was a co-founder of the Canadian Business & Engineering Development Association.

He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Saskatchewan and lives in Regina.
