Norm Wallace was born in Ireland
and immigrated to Canada
in 1957.Prior to forming his own
company, Wallace Construction Specialties Ltd., Norm was employed in various
sales and management positions in the construction material supply industry.
Wallace Construction Specialties was
opened in Saskatoon in 1972 and Regina in 1973.The company warehouses and distributes a
wide variety of specialty construction materials and excels at introducing new
technology to the industry.Over time
the company has grown and prospered and in 1997 celebrated it’s
25th Anniversary.
Norm is a partner in Dublin-based Interclaim Corporation, an investigation company which
traces assets around the globe.He is
on the Board of Directors of Calgary-based Enterra
Resources, a very successful oil & gas company.He was also the founder and owner of Saskatoon’s first
half-way house for convicted felons making their way back into society.
